The Phoenix will accentuate the tough biker look as well as carry the symbol of rejuvenation-- out of the ashes we shall rise again, or you have to go thru some Hell to find some Heaven, or there's nothing like a grilled bird. The Flaming Heart will represent Cooking as Unconditional Love. The "BikerCHEF351" logo should be industrial like "Maytag" or "Kenmore". The 351 has all sorts of special meanings: oven temperature, adventure mission code name 351, the missing page in the BC tome cookbook, a religious or poetic psalm, when you add all the numbers together you get 9 which represents wisdom and old souls, and so forth.
