I would also like to make clear that I believe our current administration in the White House is embarrassing our country. I see no difference in the devil-may-care attitude of Gumball 3000 racers and those in the White House handling foreign policy.

President Clinton embarrassed our country with the Monica Lewinsky debacle. This has nothing to do with party ideals to me. I respect different point of views. The problem is power and greed and how that can easily corrupt us as humanbeings. We should all read our Constitution at least once a year to understand real American dignity. This dignity is a guiding Light for all of humanity.

We are experimenting with different symbols for the BikerCHEF outfit and motorcycle. The Phoenix will accentuate the tough biker look as well as carry the symbol of rejuvenation-- out of the ashes we shall rise again, or you have to go thru some Hell to find some Heaven, or there's nothing like a grilled bird. The Flaming Heart will represent Cooking as Unconditional Love. The "BikerCHEF351" logo should be industrial like "Maytag" or "Kenmore". The 351 has all sorts of special meanings: oven temperature, adventure mission code name 351, the missing page in the BC tome cookbook, a religious or poetic psalm, when you add all the numbers together you get 9 which represents wisdom and old souls, and so forth.

IT'S LIKE CALLING SAN FRANCISCO "FRISCO" OR THE HOLLYWOOD FREEWAY "THE 101". MY GRANDMOTHER, 89, WHO HAS NEVER LIKED MY CHOICE OF FILMS OR TITLES EVEN GAVE IT TWO BIG THUMBS UP, WAY UP.
