CRC making a fool of himself during a "contact high" and several glasses of wine. I vaguely remember somehow managing to equate the evening with John Ford's "Grapes of Wrath". "...whereever artists meet to share ideas, we'll (human spirit) be there..."---something like that.

CRC with Andrea, owner of the Compassion Flower B&B, and Andrea's son who just turned 21. Mom was in the kitchen finishing up these fantastic apple pancakes. At the Compassion Flower, you get great hospitality, a wonderful breakfast, true Santa Cruz characters, and... medicinal marijuana smoking is allowed for those that do that.
