
This lone anchovie was really giving me eye contact. I felt bad. I took it out of the bait tank and let it go into the deep blue sea. Alas, a bonita fish came right up to it and ate it. Nature is incredibly rough.

The amazing colors tickled my cooking libido. I soaked them in sake for ten minutes. Stuffed them with fresh lemon, dill and ginger. Then smoked them in a stovetop smoker with mesquite dust for about 13 minutes. They were delectable.
